Ottawa is worse I'm being told. Supply is STUPID LOW right now, there's almost nothing out there. We're bidding on a cottage right now ourselves. My agent told me a townhouse in Stonebridge had 41 offers and sold for $492,000, it was listed at $399,900... that's $92,000 OVER listing
