Good Morning
 Worked a bunch outside and I'm quite sore today. I do have a brunch with an old friend in a couple of hours so I may go back out there and do more work later this afternoon if my aching body loosens up. Also got to squeeze in a grocery store run before she picks me up so I better get to it. Enjoy your Friday! |

Evening!
 It's been a long day, but far better than the last two when it comes to this strange funk that occasionally hits me so hard, just to go away after a day or two. Been to the gym and swam a few laps and also been working on several projects. Should swim a bit tomorrow as well, if I should have the faintest hope of losing weight this week ... Take care J lly |
