Good afternoon
 Today is a much better day, I suspect I made an error with some meds. Yesterday was bad. So, since the sun was shining, my  and I jumped into the lake. (I wasn't in for very long, but I dived into it, twice) It really is refreshing and it gives me an energy boost that lasts for hours. Tonight I think I'll finish the Hobbit-trilogy, I started on it yesterday. Take care J  lly |
