Good Day

Sleep pattern is way off and need to get back on schedule. Thankfully the wife gets home late tomorrow and that will help force me to get to sleep earlier. At least she is having a good time on her vacation.

I feel a nap coming on and there is an F1 sprint race to watch which I can squeak out while sitting in recliner since it's short. Probably will only watch the highlights from tomorrows race.

Had my second decompression treatment yesterday and I hurt a little more than last time but they did move up the intensity a bit.
