Good Morning
 Overcast and grey for at least this morning here. Thought I was going to get out today and run errands in  but my back is quite sore from yesterday. At least it seems more muscular than disc as the sensation down the leg are about normal.Looks like grunt work all day with heat and ice. Need to take it easy as I have a buddy coming into town this weekend. Enjoy your Thursday! |
