While I don't have specific start & stop times, my days usually go liek this:
Read email Update the news (if applicable) Update any of the contests (currently the NBA Pool) Read the board Build & submit a free site Read the board Review & add links, then update LOR Read the board Eat Get on the tread mill (new for me, seeing as I decided that i was too much of a fat ass) Take a nap  Shower Read the board Build & submit another free site Read the board Cook & eat dinner Read the board Watch TV Go to bed That's a typical day for me |
