It's that time of year almost again. Getting all my insurances on my house inline is on today's list. You don't even want to know what it costs me a year. I'm east of Federal Hwy. which puts me in the state's high risk, read uninsurable, pool. Actually I got mail yesterday from my insurance broker that someone is writing policies again in my area so I may be able to get full home owners instead of just dwelling insurance. None of them cover windstorm so I always have to get a separate rider for that which costs twice as much as my home owners. I guess I could just go without insurance and pray a lot.
