Not sure if you have already edited top ad.
If the links went to different sites, I would decline. As I saw it just now, All the links have the same link.. so essentially one ad - though this would leave some reservation as I reviewed the rest. However, the layout looks nice and professional, so I would list it... well ok, I'll wait and see what the content is.
