is a phony address that does not exist at all. Zip 33109 is not Paris at all, it's south-west of France, the street does not even exist in Paris and "Jaqleen" is not spelled right. The way the address is writen shows the guy is not French (street numbers are never at the end here).

Hope it'll help a bit.
