Do surfers care ?

Obviously savvy surfers don't really give a rat's ass what a site looks like. Look at The Hun...I don't believe he has changed his design in years. But, you have to wonder if webmasters care more than surfers. Are they going to want to link to a site they don't like the looks of? I love a good Orange or even Yellow but, I just don't care for the "Hun" yellow you picked out. I know, it's not the same color but...close enough
