CD, Mmmm....What can I say in reply to that one, except...
 Kcat, it is really pretty here. I thought it would make the perfect refuge from crazy Miami and hurricanes. One hasn't hit this area since the '30's. Lucky so far...Where in Canada are you from? My business partner was born in Montreal and then lived in Rosland, B.C. It is so beautiful there, snow and all.
