Which again was my point - you're bypassing the rules page in a lot of cases as WMs of some (if not a bunch) LLs have their advertising on the rules page - not the submit form. More importantly - the rules change all of the time and they get posted with a date of change - but the AS never looks at that - it just loads the rules (if it even does that) from when it was originally copied.
And while some do use the AS to just make the hand submitting a little easier - remember that most (99%) that use them cheat us every day - so we react by taking out the cheaters by simply banning AS - which is in most LL's rules - and since someone that uses one is breaking the rules, they will get BL'd from submitting to allow the WMs that do follow the rule to get through.
