Your stats thing is missing two important items... number of bot visits, and more importantly, the keywords you are getting traffic for. 40k a month of hits for "mandy moore free song downloads" or "mandy moore awards show" have different value to start with.

I notice that the majority of your traffic comes from a search engine that does not provide adult results. So taking this domain with the intention of taking it "adult" would mean a major loss in hits.

Knowing WHERE the traffic comes from and why would go a long way to showing what it is worth.

Short term (3 months or less) traffic results doesn't begin to justify a 2 year lease with a big price.

As Ramster said, misleading people from "mandy moore" to "hot mandy sucks cock" would land you in a mess of trouble. That sort of case has already been tried and they guy already lost.

My stats are not missing anything, these things coubd be easily asked for and I can make them available on request. As long as nobody is asking for them, I am not making them available. The keywords most attracted by visitors through search engine are not important at this time, unless you are willing to continue working on the domain as a fan of Mandy Moore.

Number of bots visiting site, all in and out traffic can be made available. If you look carefully you can easily see Referrers link on the blog for most recent referrers. Requiring all incoming traffic log can be made available, again, as long as nobody is asking it can't be made available.

If you get a a big domain two months before, getting 100K visits per day doesn't mean it is not valuable and that it is not justified for the next ten years. You are wrong.

Bottom line is adult webmasters are not going to buy or advertise on a web site that has traffic from many people under the age of 18. Think about it. We are professionals and regardless of anything you might here real adult webmasters do not target people under 18.

The other issue is we all buy and sell domains regularly. Your domain is not worth $8500. A site with 2,000 or so hits a day (adult traffic or not) is not worth anywhere near that amount of money.

Quite honestly it is not worth $1000 even to buy outright. And since it is targeting underage material mostly it isn't worth the trouble to purchase for one second.

When you say, adult webmasters here won't push porn down to teenagers who were previously visiting my website, then it can only be agreed by reasonable discussion. I AM and still AM the webmaster of current website and it would be very silly of me to give it away for a porn website even for $8,500. (here there is no point, no sarcasm, just fact)

There are certain reasons that I am allowing domain for such a site (personal reasons). And no I don't think whatever you call me is justified without knowing the actual reason except for calling it a bogus offer.

You call it an amiable board. I don't see any difference compared to other boards if I compare the treatment received to my post. For me its just the number of members which is comparatively better than other boards.

You are probably right, that someone might be stupid enough to accept this offer on lease for two years. But for me this is not a day to day accepted offer and would require planning for someone to accept this offer. It also requires not just how much the traffic received to this domain but also the market attractiveness for a pron site for such domain availability. I am not saying it is the best domain out there, but it is still worth a shot. There is still strategy available when shifting from teenie bopper website to a porn website, but your point of discussion before making a sale is clear hostile in nature.

Second - the domain has been up for sale at Sedo for a bit for $1000 - why so much for a lease?

Third - well I was gonna make a remark about the crossover from underage to adult site - but figure you'll make your own legal problems there

Fourth - the site had no visitors until April this year - then you started adding it to a few BBS's and forums out there - then in October you started buying traffic and each visit went to approx 9 average pages - not a standard traffic pattern at all - especially when you go down to the bottom of your stats and out of that many people only 23 had the favicon request set to on??? Sounds like the bots are messed up a bit.
Although - it was pretty convient to leave out the most important section of the stats that shows the referrers and search engine terms - you had the rest of the stats there except for that pane in AWStats

Fifth - and most important - the highest referrer you did leave in the stats is a herbal remedies spam site owned by a guy in Russia - my guess would be that is where one of the bots is housed
