I've had no troubles at all getting listed. If you build nice galleries with high quality content they will likely be listed.

No. You were able to register for a free account and submit to them once every 4 days. With a partner, you can submit 1 every other day. I'm not sure if the applications are still open or not.

If you have a paid account you can post to WorldSex every 2 days rather than 4 and you get to submit to Al4a every 2 days too. So submit to WS, then Al4a, then WS the 3rd day and Al4a day 4.
