All my Fantasy Football buddies will be coming over to draft today at 4, which means I have a couple hours to get my lists in order - I'm going paperless once again for the draft - think green

It's also a holiday weekend here in the States, so I'll be very scarce as we're having the family over tomorrow

Going to take it slow and treat this like a holiday weekend. Might work on some things on the 'new ideas' list since that's not the same as regular work.

Sliced cantaloupe, a banana, some red seedless grapes and a slice of coconut custard pie with a double sized mug of kona coffee -- if anyone cares.

A great weekend to all who want one.

P.S. I heard a word I didn't know yesterday. So the word for today is "procrasturbate" - the act of masturbating as a reason for not doing a required/mundane activitity.

Good morning

Spent over 5 hours in doctor offices yesterday. 1 for me all the others for one of our cats. The cat is still in hospital, will be there a few days, and costs are adding up fast. So I am hoping the sales gods are very generous this month.

Hope to make OTB today, looks like another good topic.

this is how terrible of a housekeeper I am - we had about 15 old pairs of shoes in the closet that didn't fit anyone

Last wave of "summer" company arrived yesterday until tuesday. I swear I've spent more time on the strip this summer than I ever did in my "party in Vegas" days. Luckily they are here for an "event" so we'll probably hang out tonight and tomorrow. Maybe I can convince them to take me strip clubbing

Otherwise it's work sleep movies repeat. Gotta love NCAA Fans. my "hookem" earrings sold about 2 hours after they were listed.

Hope your cat is going to be ok, JustRobert - what happened to the poor guy that required 4 hours at the vet's?

I can't believe September is finally here! The kids are going to kindergarten tomorrow - woohoo! We're going to take some time in the morning, hubby and me, and be with them (each with one kid) and hopefully the gym after that. I really hope to get back into the work routine fairly quickly, but a lot depends on how quickly the kids will adjust.

Wow....September's here!! Like you tigermom, my son is off to kindergarten, but not until Wednesday. I'm stuck in someplace Wisconsin today and tomorrow. Hopefully, I'll be able to make it home before all the food is gone from the BBQ. They better not touch my vodka!
