TGIF December 27th

Good morning

Most of us are completely unsure what day it is during the holidays

but it is indeed Friday. Working all day here after getting my rubber arm twisted yesterday to go watch World Juniors hockey at our favorite pub and consume beers all afternoon

I did come home and work a bit before watching Netflix last night, started season 2 of Lost In Space

Looks like I missed yesterday's thread. It was a busy day visiting relatives. Here I am now! I go to the allergy doctor in a less than two hours and I am happy about that. Hopeful. My daughter is back home and my son will be leaving later today. Things will begin to return to normal. No more Art Flu™ here. It's all been exported, tariff free, to the Buffalo, NY.

Still can't shake my Art Flu™ but I don't feel that horrendous today, until I start to cough. Then it's a minute of living hell followed by 10-15 min of dizzy recovery.

Good Morning

As Greenie so kindly pointed out it's been F'ing cold (for us) around here. It's 43F outside right now and of course the cat will want me to go outside and feed it out there in a few minutes

Today is Friday and I have a bunch of chores to do but mostly start loading up the car with gifts to make it to my daughters 2 hours away tomorrow. It's going to be very tight to get it all in and I'm kinda doubting my Tetris skills can make it work.

Yesterday was the last day of BBQ (it's all I've eaten for the last 3 days) because my farts are now really foul

So I need to package up the rest to go in the freezer until I'm back from my New Years vacation of sorts.

Ramster, I think I would have enjoyed watching the Canada-USA World Juniors over the Sweden-Finland one. Sadly, they were on at the same time. Sweden snuck one by us. Hopefully, you will do some damage against Russia tomorrow. Yeah, the World matches are things we all stop and watch here. No NHL, so you have to do with what you get.

Not much else is new here, just the normal workday routine. Hard to know what day it is when they are all the same. Sigh.. back to it.
