Ok, I made some adjustments while I re-do everything. White background black text with a little burgundy trim ok you think?

Your thumbs are like 140kb+. Bring them down to ~10kb.

Personally, I wouldn't bother with a warning page. Just put warning text up top on content below, like jugg suggested. If people hit your site from SEs, every page is an entry point.
