My preferred method is the same And I run a Pshop batch action first so the selected big pics are only 600 wide saving on BW and still looking good.

Thanks for that template example Buncha. I've been in touch with Paul and you're right, he is a helpful guy. Nothing wrong with the software, but I have a tendency to overcomplicate things. I'm getting the hang of it now.

Unlike you and digifan I'm gonna go for grabbing. I'm done with pretty and aim for fast & easy.
