Can someone that is not affraid of the CCCP please either confirm or shoot down my question?

I'd hate for to say "Thanks!" after he called my site the best 10 he's ever seen.

I only ever get a 5 or 6 - I always though 10 was for sites that suck , maybe I have the ass end of the story and 10 is great and 1 sucks -either way my sites are mediocre
