Which LLs rank freesite listings based on quality?

Is it just me, or is it stupid to rank the quality of anything on a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is good and 10 is bad?

Bo Derek's movie was not titled 10 because she was ugly.

Perfect 10 does not focus on hideous looking women.

Mary Lou Retton didn't get a 10 because she fell off the beam.

LOL...I usually get a "6" from PB, and for the longest time I though it was like...above average ...

...until I read the listing guideline thingy.
