It will probably surprise you to learn that I actually like America and Americans, and I genuinely hope I am wrong. However the reason I am probably correct is that too many Americans have this "America is great, nothing can go wrong attitude" so don't take the steps needed to make me wrong.

For example, in his first term of office George W. started to fuck up the economy. However he spent the money on things that made him popular, and despite American economists screaming that this was a bad thing, most Americans stuck with their belief that America is indestructible, and voted him in for a second term. He fucked the economy some more, then the crash happened. The crash was not really his fault, but he had so "knife edged" the economy that it made it hard to pull America back from the brink. The fact that the crash hit America so badly is George W.'s fault, the fact that America has still not recovered from it is George W.'s fault, and the fact that you are tottering on the brink of a second dip is George W.'s fault. And it is the fault of the majority of Americans who refused to listen to the warnings from his first term of office because they thought America was indestructible, and voted him in a second time.

And there is another big disaster looming - the mid terms. If most Americans vote with their hearts instead of their brains the impending "falling of the sky" I was talking about will become even more probable. Unfortunately, to save the country, the majority of voting Americans need to realise that America is not indestructible, and vote for what America needs, not for what they want. However most Americans have the same views as you "America is great, we don't have to worry", and that will push the country into disaster and decline.

Remember what happened to the Roman empire, or more recently to the British empire. Both of those died because the Romans and British thought about their countries the same way you (and so many others) now think about America, and unless a hell of a lot of people have a rethink, America is going the same way as the Roman empire.

And that is why I so often post things like those in my previous post. Hopefully some people will think about what I say, and convince others, and will save your country. I doubt it though. Most people are probably thinking "What the fuck has it got to do with that Brit. America is great, and we don't need no Limey telling us otherwise." Ironic isn't it? What will probably do for the USA in the end is patriotism. People need to learn that being patriotic does not just mean loving your country, it also means doing what is best for your country, even if it hurts you. Sitting back with a self satisfied "America is great" attitude and letting America go to hell in a handcart makes you about as patriotic as an Iraqi urinating on the Stars and Stripes.

Remember that famous quote "Think not what your country can do for you, think only what you can do for your country."

Nobody loves America (or Americans) except people that need something and people with a gun to their head. As far as the demise of America goes, you better pray with everything you have that doesn't happen cause we are going to be taking a lot of places with us. If this past decade has taught you nothing else at all, it should have at least given you a sense of that.

As far as something being "great", I'll leave that for all you self righteous fucks to judge. I'm fine with being bigger, badder and dirtier than most everyone else.

LOL, plus we change the rules in the middle of the game whenever it suits us, so if one of these countries started getting stupid and pushing the whole credit issue, we could just consider them a criminal organization, freeze all their assets and have another war (hopefully one of those ones where we just bomb them night and day and none of our troops get killed).
