Nothing big planned here today, just another day in the neighborhood. Oh and it's fucking cold out! I hate it here in Canada, need to move to the south!

it's not the ACL or MCL - recovery time for either of those is about 12 months

I've been through knee hell a few decades ago. One knee has had surgery and the other I just did physical therapy. Both are about the same now, actually the one that I refused surgery on is a bit better. I've been trying to get Christy to comprehend how close she is to being in knee hell but didn't believe me. I think the doctor yesterday finally got through to her though. I think know she understands now why I don't do the elliptical machine, don't run, and stopped playing racquet ball.
