Good morning

Just another day in the neighborhood or work. Wish I knew someone with a condo down south, I need to get away from this cold! (and conveniently I have 2 flight credits that need to be used by April 11th lol, or we lose them)

It's not exactly tropical here in Houston or most other places south in the US. But at least there are no negative numbers in the forecast.
