Fucking Sears SUCKS! Their new thing is to diagnose the problem with your appliance over the phone, UPS the parts to your house, then you call & they give you the next avail appt. BOTH of the parts they sent were the WRONG ones!!! So now we get to repeat the process, but this time, a repairman ordered the parts & not a lady named Katie from Guatemala
