Well I did my democratic duty - I voted.

Waste of time.

Both parties are shit at the moment. Whoever wins we are fucked. Looking at the poling paper the first name was a party who had no chance of winning anything, and for a few moments I considered voting for them, simply because then it would not be my fault what happened, as I would have voted for a party who did not get in.

In the end I voted for one of the main parties, but I am genuinely hoping the other one gets in. I think they will be worse, but again I'll be able to say "Not my fault I voted for the other lot".

But it does not really matter because although the polls make two main parties about equal - either could win, neither will get a majority. This means, whoever the third party agrees to form an alliance with will get to run the country. In other words, the bloody election is a farce. Next week one man (the leader of the third party) will get to decide who runs our country. One man decides, the rest of us are superfluous.

That was a funny video. Now to top things off it actually rained a bit yesterday thru this morning. The grass will probably grow now and I don't even own a lawnmower
