The last data I got off the CPAP said I was sleeping 10:45/day over the last month (down from about 11:15/day the few months before) So assuming I can take just a 45 min nap, I'm gonna shoot for 11 PM the next few nights, which will give me the 10 solid hours of sleep I need to be my bright & alert self for about 4 hours a day
