My "new" adult pay site: need suggestions

The site looks great and you're heading in the right direction but the site looks new and that might make a few hold off. To beef it up and increase the heat I would recommened:

1. Add some text to the diary on the tour. Don't complete any stories but start 1 or more and make the text very juicy but don't get to the best stuff. Tease the surfer a bit but leave them wanting more. If you do more then 1 entry try to write about different scenerios.
2. Ask a bunch of friends and ex-customers to write in the forum. Validation is a good motivator and right now a surfer may see only 1 customer and decide that no one else is joining.

The only other thing you may want to do is put the full size pics on html pages with a small but obvious link to join or something.

The site design is nice but your webmaster may want to look at the about page as it seems a little off. All in all you have a good design, you're way hot and with some decent marketing it could take off.

Surfers will pay $20 a month to spend time with you and if you do a live show every week you may get them addicted for years.
