Cleaning your body from the inside

Fuck, how you name that.....detoxing your body?, well i just got of the phone with a girlfriend of mine , she is challenging me (or dare, however the fuck you write that or name that) to go with her and one other friend to "detox" our body, beats me what it ment, so i ask and she said, its getting away of the toxic stuff in your body.. and getting away of the snails...me |snail? hell yeah right,i dont have snails in my body, but it seems people will have little snails in their body because of the bad life thing, so she said i should take some colon washings (or klismas) to proof her, oke heay, i dont have some |snail in my body and surely i dont gonna proof that to her, but i agreed with the detoxing thing so now from tomorrow on i promised to not smoke, eat, but only drink water and veggie juice for 3 days..bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkk, now i get finally to my question for you all..(and yes i fucking know, i make a short story long)..did anyone of you here on the board every did a detoxing thing for your body?
