My daughter and son do the same, they only drink water, in summer i prefer to drink water with a slice of lemon all day, pop or soda will keep you thirsty (do you write it that way?) when its hot, still i will drink my coffee in between no matter how hot it is. And i have to say since we have the treathmill (or whatever you name that, just that electric thing you use to run on) we all use that thing at least 2 times a week, so moving my butt has bin improved too.
