Cleaning your body from the inside

now i figure not one of you on this board did this detox thing so i did never myself, but i like a challenge, although i know my day will start like hell tomorrow, i may not drink coffee... and for real, my engine runs on the black gold ( coffee on first place, a cigarette second place, i know i can deal without a cigarette for some hours, but no coffee??? i dont think so), so it will be an interresting day tomorrow..will i manage the 3 day detoxing thing, i think not, but still i am gonna try to do at least 1 day
