I would not go so far as to say I don' t think he did it. But I don't see that adequate evidence was presented that made him guilty without reasonable doubt.

Sure, he was a snake and a cheat and a liar. But if that makes a person guilty of murder, then a good 1/3 of the customers at my bar are as well.
