I used to use mouseovers on everything sponsor related.... and I suddenly stopped using them about four months ago.
Sales stayed the same. Which amazed me. Not a controlled experiment, but I think maybe 50% of surfers actually know what the status bar is. I am about to start using mouseovers again. |
