Getting Off Black Lists

I had to take my sites down for a month for personal reasons. Now I have them all back up and I want to submit more. Problem I am having is that most people are now blacklisting me due to my old sites being down. Can anyone tell me how I can get off of this list so I can get back to work?

Check to see if your on this one http://bl.usefulscripts.com/ and if you are follow the instructions on how to file an appeal. If your not on that one then I would email the places your trying to get listed at
