Generally I have seen offers of 1x-3x monthly gross recently. Obviously there is some value to software that was purchased to run the site. Generally retail cost - transfer fee + some discount for software that is purchased.

You can alter those number by the length of time the site has been up, documented traffic growth, etc.

Out of curiosity, have you ever looked at your site at 800x600? I'm betting you haven't.

I tried in IE also just to make sure it wasn't 'a Firefox thing'.
