There are some really seriously fucked up cops.

He was a huge man, way bigger then the cops.

Ten times bigger??? then wait for 10 policemen to take him down, how long would that take, 5 minutes for them to get there???

He was on PCP and coke and out of control

Granted, but I would bet there is at least one person... his mom, pastor, etc... that could have talked him down.
