yes I agree also I had a question about my index the way it was cached and hit there webmaster feedback form and got a reply the very next day with some tips and answer that they would give it to a tech department..

I believe Microsoft is going to intergrade their new operating systems and browsers with their online search.

If they go that route that can gain a large portion of the search engine market almost overnight

I think they succeed at pretty much whatever they want to. Can't think of too many aspects of the biz they've been run out of. Seems like they're following the same strategy they've always done:

Watch others break a wave, make mistakes, create a market.
Play and test a little.
Come out with a very good product that offers the most improvements for the greatest audience.
Chip, chip, chip, at the competition.
Finally, take on all comers in legal battle.
