I was in New York in August and my wife and daughter went to a broadway show, Hairspray. They got the tickets right in the hotel itself. Most of the hotels in Times Square have ticket counters and they'll sell you tickets no problem. There is also a ticket booth in Times Square (46th and 7th I believe) as Fonz and docholly said where you can pick up tickets but the lines are long. You're better off getting them in a hotel. EDIT: In case you're not staying in Times Square we stayed at the Westin at 43rd and 8th and when you go in you go up the escalator and there to the far right is the ticket counter for getting tickets. Hahah yeah i was thinking i might give those Sabres games a miss and go watch the Rangers instead, they are a better team
