Good Friday Peoples

(yeah - he sorta looks like shit with this skin - almost like he's got leprosy)

I had a lovely evening with The Bitch last night & since we got home really late, we were awake for the call from the security company at 2 AM - the guy asks if everything is ok & I say yes, then he asks for the "all safe" password & I give it to him. He then starts to sorta yell at me about the alarm being going off & not turning it off & this & that & I remind him that the alarm is not in the main house, but it's a separate building. His tone changes & asks if I want him to call the police. I tell him to hang on, because it is windy & with all the shit on the walls, something might have set off the motion detector in the Pool House. So I grab a flash light & my dog & head down to the Pool House in the rain & I'm scared shitless! There's no lights on down there except the light outside - I flash the light thru the window, unlock the door & I tell the dog to "GO GET'EM!" Well, the alarm horn is blaring & he's not comfortable with loud noises, so he runs away

I go in, turn on the lights real quick, look around & see nothing. I still have no idea what set the alarm off - nor do I have an idea why I'd think a bugler would be out at 2 AM in the rain trying to steal a Ms Pac Man game

I'm glad we were still awake when this happened - I can't imagine waking up in the middle of the night & doing that all disoriented & sleepy.

So that's my story for the day - Sabres play Pittsburgh tonight

I've got four cats, one Macaw, plus a Russian house guest that never stops talking and is usually nude. I wonder if any of them would chase off a would be intruder.
