They should definitely be able to do that if they please. Hell, it would be nice to have someone else (guy or gal, I'm an equal opportunist) in the house here....then I could work while they do 'house' stuff.....cause with just me, one of those things suffer while hubby is at work. The sex would just be a bonus...like having a house cleaner who puts out...haha.
Seriously, the government sticks there nose in places it doesn't belong and has been doing it for years....no difference here I suppose.
As for the cost, hey...get whoever stays home to start building porn sites and the household will be set.
