No, the reason you are the 'bad person', is because you posted before giving the sponsors a chance to put things right. The very first thing you should have done is contacted the sponsor and told them about the problem. You should have then given them a few working days (i.e. a few days not including Sat/Sun) to put it right. If they did not either do this, or reply telling you why it was going to take longer than a few days, then you could have thought about posting, but not before. NEVER EVER post this sort of thing until you are 100% CERTAIN that it is a deliberate con.

Also, because you did not bother telling the sponsor when you first noticed the problem you have delayed the time it will be fixed. This means that for a few days at least, other affiliates will have lost money simply because you did not tell the sponsor. In other words, due to what is probably a simple error, several 'average Joes' will loose money. It is most likely that this was not deliberate on the sponsor's side. But on your side, it was deliberate. YOU had the chance to help put this right by telling the sponsor, YOU made the DELIBERATE DECISION not to do so, thus several people have lost money because YOU DECIDED TO NOT TELL THE SPONSOR. The sponsor probably acted by accident, but you acted DELIBERATELY. How can you not see how this makes you the 'bad guy'?

Why? you were anything but 'nice and kind' to the sponsor, or their other affiliates. Why should expect to be treated differently to the way you treat other people? You write 'nice and kind' posts, and I'll give you 'nice and kind' replies. But you behave like a grade one shit, and that is the kind of reply you will get.

They are not all 'nice guys', and I never implied that. However one makes what is probably a simple mistake, and you jump all over them like a vulture on a wounded man. The most likely scenario is a mistake. Give them the benefit of the doubt until you have evidence to the contrary.

Unfortunately sponsors are human beings, and human beings make mistakes occasionally. Maybe in the future the world will be run by robots who are 100% perfect 100% of the time, but I am afraid we all live in the real world. You should try joining us there sometime.

Just hope that what they send you is NOT a law suit. Chad will be able to tell you better, but I think your post is libellous, and if they feel nasty they can sue you for more money than you have. Not sure what your county's liable laws are like, but in most countries it will cost you hundreds of thousands if they sue you and you cannot prove that you did NOT make that first post.

I don't think you will be able to, I think you can only do that within one hour of posting.

Your English is not a problem, there was only one paragraph I could not understand ("I have been testing more often...."). The problem is your attitude, and your attempt to destroy the reputation of a sponsor without even giving them the chance to correct their error first.

To ecchi,

Your points are very well taken. Thank you for your efforts and time.

I will be more careful and think more than twice before I write this kind of subject.

Sincerely,
