IMO it is definitely blind..
.. especially if it is the same text or graphics used for the gallery links. If it "looks" like its part of the orig site.. it's blind, if it "looks" like it goes off site it should be ok. Additionally.. If I(the surfer) dont get "pics" on the end of that link.. then it's 100% blind. DD
