Is it completely pointless to add a comment in a rejection letter?

I try to add a reason to every rejection, just so they know what to change. But the next day, I get the same shit with the same mistake.

Then I changed the subject on outgoing mails so they wouldn't miss it "Site reject WITH comment". Nothing happened.

Maybe I should add comments in French, Russian, and some other usable languages
