actually i'm in the same situation, entire host was banned.Thats why i've changed my host, bought a new domain name and waiting for DNS servers update now to start submit. But i still have a few questions to all owners below:
Can i use a new mail for submit? Is it cheating to change email adress after my accident? Or i should use same mail all my life? thx.
