TGP question. Do you build you galleries yourself?

Do you build you galleries yourself? I have never submitted galleries before, i'm a little confused and i have a question. I've explored approved sites on the TGPs and found out that a lot of submitters use sponsors' templates. The question is - what if I save sponsor's fhg on HDD, upload it on my sites and submit to TGPs. Will it work? Is it allowed? What about you? Do you build you galleries yourself? __________________ Please pardon for any possible mistakes in my English.
