What exactly is and AVS site?

So basically I sign up with a program I like

Make a small site with some content I have bought (and make sure it is watermarked)

Make a Tour where I also promote some of the other sites that are in the "AVS system"

Let the AVS guys handle the billing stuff

and I am ready to go?

How do You get traffic to Your AVS site then? submit it to LL's that accept AVS sites?

The same way you would get traffic to any of your sponsors. Free sites, tgp, links from hubs, etc.
