how many LLs do you submit freesites to?

For some reason I've always assumed that link list owners would not be receptive to me submitting my own freesites on a regular basis. I could be wrong though, and would love to hear it :-)

2) Personally I'd have no problem listing freesites from sponsors,though I've only seen a few in the past. The main problem I see, is the same as it is for HFS, it kind of discourages me from building free sites for that sponsor for fear of redundant content.

That is competely dependent on whether or not the individual submitter feels that it's worth the effort. I personally find submitting to be a very stressful and time-consuming process. Therefore, my list is exceedingly short.
